1. Familiar with and understand the project situation, and hand over the preliminary work with the client (including the submission of preliminary materials).

2. Design management: organize the completion of scheme design, preliminary design, construction drawing design and other professional engineering design, supervise and inspect the design progress, review design documents, and ensure design quality.

3. Procurement management: organize the bidding work for consulting, survey and design, supervision, construction, and materials and equipment.

4. Construction application procedures: organize and handle project planning permits, construction permits, and approval procedures for various functional departments such as fire protection, gardens, and municipal administration.

5. Preparation for construction: Responsible for organizing various on-site preparations before construction, including but not limited to site planning, temporary construction, connection to water and electricity, municipal road connection, etc.

1. Progress management: Responsible for organizing the preparation of the master control plan, annual plan, and monthly plan of the project, and responsible for supervising the implementation.

2. Cost Management: Responsible for the preparation of annual fund use plan and monthly fund use plan; responsible for cost-related matters such as cost accounting, engineering quantity measurement, material recognition, change negotiation, and review in the process.

3. Quality management: Responsible for defining the quality management objectives of the project, establishing the quality management system of the project, organizing the preparation of relevant quality management systems and quality management plans, and supervising their implementation.

4. Contract management: responsible for establishing the contract management system of the project, preparing, reviewing and negotiating various contracts related to the project and assisting the client to sign the contract. Manage the contracting parties according to the contract, and assist the client to sign the supplementary agreement when necessary.

5. HSE management: Responsible for establishing the HSE management system of the project, implementing the responsibilities of all parties, and ensuring that site safety, environmental protection, and civilized construction are always under control.

6. Archives and data management: responsible for establishing the engineering archives and data management system of the project, and setting up full-time data officers to classify, file, save, manage, and keep confidential the engineering files.

1. Acceptance management: Responsible for organizing project process acceptance, fire protection acceptance, and completion acceptance.

2. Settlement audit: responsible for the engineering settlement of the project, and cooperating with the entrusting party to complete the project audit.

3. Completion filing: responsible for completing the completion filing of the project, and handing over the construction files to the client.

4. Project handover: responsible for assisting the client in handing over the project to the property company, and organizing training for property personnel.

5. Escort for trial operation: During the trial operation period of the project, responsible for organizing relevant units to provide escort.

6. Warranty: assist the owner to be responsible for the relevant coordination work during the warranty period.
